Buying a new vehicle has always been worse than having a root canal. Went to Community Toyota yesterday and experienced the best car buying experience of my life. Everyone was more than helpful and there was absolutely no high pressure in the transaction. Will refer all of my friends and family to this dealership. Special thank you to Roger Elswick, a super nice person but, not as pretty as Kim.
I purchase a Highlander from this dealership and was pleased with every step. First off the sales rep I had whose name is Paul Dunlap was the best person I could have ever had to help me with the purchase! I didn’t feel jerked around the whole time either. I was able to get my point across no problems. I plan on sending many people there way! I can only hope that when I come back to get an oil change their service department is just as good as their sales!

Asked me to come test drive a car. Got there 10 minutes later and was told it sold. Now getting numerous emails everyday asking me to come test drive the car. Asked them to leave me alone and they won't. I'll walk before I buy another car from your dealership.
