Community Realty Associates and Doug are awesome. They ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures, laws and regulations and helped me every step of the way. Doug was our listing broker. First, he hired a local professional photographer who took some great pictures of our house. Second, he took calls from Realtors, and forwarded all offers and contracts to us for review. Third, he worked with both real estate attorneys and the buyer's Realtor to get the closing done. Since Doug was not local there was some work that needed to be done by the homeowner. This is the 4th time our family has used Community Realty Associates Flat Fee MLS services to sell a family member's home. The services they offer are really great and will save you a bunch of money. On the most recent sale of my mom's house Doug was nothing short of excellent, he provided us constant communication between himself and the buyer's agent. He really helped us navigate through a difficult transaction. We highly recommend him & his company! :)
This is not my first experience with Flat Fee Listing Services, however, Community Realty was by far, the best. Doug A. was knowledgeable, experienced, and assisted me every step throughout the process His suggestions were priceless. I highly recommend them!
