I would gladly give this 10 stars if available.For the small amount I paid, they have spent a lot of time helping me list my home promptly and professionally. Highly recommend.
This was an awesome way to sell my lot in southwest *******. I paid $200 flat fee for the *** listing and 3% to the buyer's agent, far less than what I would have paid doing it through a conventional 5-6% realtor. And the entire process took less than 1.5 months.

Doug did a great job for me. He answered many questions, did all the communication with the buyer's realtor, and handled many buyers' counteroffers for me. My sale was probably more complex than most are, and we still got it closed (three days ago) as originally scheduled. I'm so pleased that I'm going to send Doug a tip for a difficult job very well done.
