Could not be happier with the service I received from ******************* at Community Realty Associates. He made listing my property very easy and was very involved with the final stages and negotiating the contract. He was available to answer all of my questions and concerns. I have used this service at least 3 or 4 times and been happy with the results each time. *********************** always responds to any inquiry in a timely manner. The process is fairly straight forward so getting a listing into the *** and all the other real estate web sites usually takes less than a day. The key is for the customer to gather all the information regarding the property ahead of time. I would gladly give this 10 stars if available.For the small amount I paid, they have spent a lot of time helping me list my home promptly and professionally. Highly recommend.
This was an awesome way to sell my lot in southwest *******. I paid $200 flat fee for the *** listing and 3% to the buyer's agent, far less than what I would have paid doing it through a conventional 5-6% realtor. And the entire process took less than 1.5 months.
