I have used this service at least 3 or 4 times and been happy with the results each time. *********************** always responds to any inquiry in a timely manner. The process is fairly straight forward so getting a listing into the *** and all the other real estate web sites usually takes less than a day. The key is for the customer to gather all the information regarding the property ahead of time. This was an awesome way to sell my lot in southwest *******. I paid $200 flat fee for the *** listing and 3% to the buyer's agent, far less than what I would have paid doing it through a conventional 5-6% realtor. And the entire process took less than 1.5 months.
