I had a wonderful experience with all the staff, very professional and friendly
very polite and helpful
It was fine. Waiting area very nice. Front Desk girl was also friendly but did misinform me as to who went home sick, the tech doing the Mammogram or the tech doing the foot X-ray. She also was trying to be helpful by telling me I could go to Shady Grove Hospital for the mammogram. I only had so much time & told her I would think about it. I was reading & a tech came out,called me. She was extremely professional & fast, efficient. Answered all my questions. Then I sat for a while in the waiting room waiting. Instead of a detailed ultrasound which was supposed to take 45 minutes, the technician took less than 10 minutes to image only some areas of concern. When I asked her to do ligaments and other structures as requested by my doctor, she informed me that she is not licensed to do that. I wish CRA would have informed me about this ineptitude before I lost two hours of work time and $40 in copay. Worse yet, I did not get any useful information to elucidate the root cause of my pain.
