Currently suffering through a "community reinvestment project"... Aka 10 months of intense serious jackhammering construction and shut down of actual amenities with zero fiscal reimbursement from those responsible (free bath soak doesn't count in my book!). Who wouldn't want to pay full price to live in a construction site for a year without their amenities! Woo hoo irvine, dislike.
This company and the communities suck! Dog shit everywhere, the management suck, the trash areas are nasty, they're overpriced and luxury should not even be in the same sentence. Especially the Gateway in Orange! Nasty facility. My son hasn't lived there since January 2013 and I know friends that still has keys to get in and use the facilities all for free. Actually like a littel heaven
I love staying at Woodbridge Pines Apartment. It is one of the best community. Josh and Andrea are always there to listen toy you and help. Maintenance is super quick. Nice and safe area to live with many options for school, shopping and restaurants.
