I live in San Mateo in Irvine. There is an AC fan/unit near my balcony, which is very loud, so loud that I have not been sleeping well since I moved in here. My balcony is completely unusable. At night, we shut all the windows tight, sometimes stuff them with blankets and pillows to suppress the noise. Even inside the house, when I turn on the AC, it feels like living in a factory. There is no satisfactory resolution despite multiple complaints since almost an year. I still continue to bear this, cant wait to move out.
