If this review can save just one person from renting from Irvine apartment communities, then I have achieved my goal. Let me tell you a little story about the multibillion dollar company. My 84-year-old mother has lived in Irvine apartment community Apartments for the last 2 1/2 years. Upon leaving, they sucked up her $700 deposit and add another $1800 in charges. the Irvine company isn't a good place live. There are many residents who have left due to irresponsible management and ridiculous rent.

It’s unfortunate that $2,800 a month gives The Park at Irvine Spectrum their undivided thoughtlessness. To make this post short and to the point, my husband and I have filed several noise complaints (5) to no avail. We have done everything asked of us by the leasing office, management and security in attempts to solve this on going manner and nothing has changed. The ultimate corporate real estate bullies. No respect for quiet enjoyment, violently intrusive construction projects with laughable offers of “concessions” that require “no disclosure” clauses, well versed in forcing jackhammering renovations down the throats of unsuspecting renters who perform the tenants role in good faith. Avoid the Irvine Company, or better yet drop by Villa Siena and see and experience incessant construction demolition for yourself.
