Irvine Company apartment homes are beautiful. Your experience will be amazing UNTIL you move out. When you move out (a) expect to get NONE of your deposit back due to the assessment of bogus charges and (b) if you dispute those charges, they'll cave slightly, but then find out a way to assess back rent to make up for it. We submitted ample documentation to Irvine Company, but despite that, they still sent us over to collections. NCC Collections refused to review the paperwork we sent over. The staff at 75 Rio Robles is rude, disrespectful and unresponsive. They do not care about the major thefts happening in their garage as well.
I live at the Arcadia community and asked not to be located near the HOA pool and also the building that houses the most dogs... and of course I didnt get to view the apartment before i moved in because it was occupied. i move in and every single day I awakened by landscapers blowing their loud machines, people walking laps around the pool talking loudly on their cell phones, screaming kids whose parents want to argue with you when asked to lower the noise volume and dogs that bark all day and night. if you need a peaceful a... read more

They call this a community. It's the opposite. Stay away from Irvine Company. You are not more than a number for them. The other day I lost my 7 years old son. He never came back from school with his older sister as usual. After looking for him for more than 1 hour 1/2.
