This place is horrible and I sincerely hope that anyone who is considering moving here will have a chance to read this and save themselves the HORROR of living in this community. What do I think about Irvine company? What I can think, if they told me that this is their property and they will do what ever they want! I believe it is good company to work for, but not to love in their property.

I live at the Estancia's. It is a decent older property and the common spaces are nice. The front office staff has always be polite as are the maintenance workers. However, I work from home and this property is in the middle of a renovation with the rudest contractors I have ever seen. I am understanding to a point that there will be the sounds of saws, compressors, and such during the day. It is certainly loud and I am willing to accept a level of noise. Irvine Company - change your damn motto - I sure don't Love where I live - I frickin hate it! I moved in to this place because I had a beautiful German Shepherd. I had my sweet boy for a glorious 9 years. Sadly he passed away suddenly 8 months ago and now that I want and am ready for another dog I am told I no longer live in a 'pet' building.
