worst experience ever in the ER been here since 7.30 in the morning and I could've sworn there were about 4 other patients ahead of me. it is now 12.30 and I've been waiting for my lab and ultrasound results for 2 almost 3 hours... you've let me down Clovis Community..
Recommendedfriendly compassionate and adequate staff. didn't have to wait too long for my employment. they were very understanding and happy to be there working.
Just went through Cancer Surgery here and will be discharged today. I wanted to take this opportunity to commend your Staff and Facility. You will have to sit in the waiting room for 8-14 hours even when testing positive for pathogens so know that they do not separate virus ridden people from the others even after they discover it to be present. 37 people waiting in the hallway to get a bed!!!!!? Clovis residence want a hospital that can accommodate us not the dinky place that sits on Herndon. I do advise going to Fresno Community Regional medical center. Was only the fourth person in ER tonight with chest pain. Dr ordered labs and meds. Once they knew it wasn’t a cardiac issue we are still waiting for the meds. Been here almost three hours. Two of the three waiting for meds. Now the waiting room is full and the workers are more interested in visiting than helping!!!
I spent the weekend at Clovis Community Hospital after a 6 hr. surgery on my foot. I have been at the Hospital for 3 surgeries including the latest one this year. The staff from patient intake, pre-op, operating room( where they love a stupid joke ), and recovery all very kind, attentive, just over all 5 out f 5. Now I would like to talk about the Nurses. ER is one of the worst I've ever seen. over 8 hours waiting in misery and the staff is about as rude as can be. Avoid their ER if you can.
Everything! We have been there for out patient surgeries, admitted surgeries, follow up appointments and physical therapy; all of which have been excellent experiences.
I swear every single nurse that I have had from triage, to labor and delivery, to postpartum has been absolutely amazing here. They make me feel so comfortable, I’m able to be myself (which is a huge baby when it comes to pain) and they don’t make me feel bad for it. Instead I feel like I can confide in them. I would highly recommend having your babies here. 💙
