From initial pre registration to discharge, this was, by far, the most efficient surgical experience I have had. I had an amazing group of hospital staff from start to finish. Everyone treated me with such respect and care, and not one time, did I feel I was annoying them when I needed something. (As I have experienced elsewhere.) The get well card with the personal sentiments from each nurse was a nice touch!! Would 100% recommend this facility!

From the moment I walked into the ER last Saturday, the entire staff was incredible! Professionalism on a whole other level! My hemoglobin and platelets were dangerously low and BOTH were assessed quickly! I’m am very grateful that Clovis Community hires such knowledge professionals! We had an amazing experience at Clovis Community this past week with the arrival of our daughter. The staff was amazing and were all so kind. One of our favorite nurses was Viktoryia for her willingness to always go above and beyond and help whenever needed. I would highly recommend this hospital to everyone I know.
I spent 3 weeks trying to get answers from primary doctors and urgent care visits and was unsuccessful. After experiencing the worst pain and becoming incredibly ill, I ended up at the CCMC ER and was hospitalized for 5 days. CCMC quickly narrowed down the problem and acted fast. I honestly can't thank the staff at CCMC enough. From the moment I stepped in the door, everyone was very kind, attentive, professional, and calming when necessary. Clovis Community ER used to be amazing... the employees are so rude... my mom popped her knee out of place and she is sitting here in pain. The nurse handling vitals never called her up and when we asked her way of dealing with it was saying she’s low on the totem pole . Spoke to the main triage nurse who thankfully dealt with and the rude attitude. She then responds to him oh well I guess I skipped them. So sad when staff members can’t seem to get it together. This is one of the best hospitals I’ve ever been to, the staff in delivery and the NICU are amazing....My family is grateful that they took excellent care of our baby Madilyn Rodriguez on 12-21-2017... thank you all for your care and support.
