An ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE experience tonight with two of the nurses at check in and triage. Brought my mom in who is now having emergency surgery over 5 hours later. They kept rolling their eyes at my mom when I was asking for help because I brought her in screaming with pain. I mean, really bad attitudes. After a car accident I asked to be taken here. Back of my head and middle back was extremely painful. Sat in lobby in huge neck brace for approx 7 hrs hey did a CT & X-ray. Doctor never examined me. Sent me home. Next day my head was still hurting, ringing in the ears had stopped so I looked at my discharge and there was nothing about them checking my head. From the moment I walked in Outpatient to the moment I walked out was a terrific experience. I had a lung biopsy and the radiology staff were wonderful to me, I could not have asked for better care. It was my first experience with Dr Venugopal and I have to say he was amazing start to finish. I want to thank you all for your kindness and caring attitudes.
Really appreciate the great staff Great suite s my husband had a place to rest his head while I was there
