RecommendedWhen we need ER care we drive to clovis community from 99/Ashlan because of the professional treatment and efficiency. Most times I have had to go we are in and out in a couple hours. There have been a couple time we are in and out in an hour or less.

My family is very disappointed. Our 90 year old grandma with dementia fell and broke her shoulder 2 days ago and was brought into the ER. Your staff has kept her in the HALLWAY without admitting her for 2 days now. We understand that you are you are waiting for a facility to open up, but she should not be treated this way. She is not being bathed, given her proper medicine and is in the hallway in pain and confused. She is also not being given water unless someone from our family demands it. I'm on dialysis and I came in throwing up like crazy been here for 3 days in the ER and they said they can't figure out what's wrong with me. I can't eat because I keep throwing up. the charge nurse come in with discharge papers saying " you have to leave, we need this room. I then asked what's going on with me I got no answers he told me that Dr. Collins can't figure it out so he discharged rather quickly.
