I've been here in the past & received excellent care & I'm sure it will be the same this time.
Do not bring your loved ones to this ER! My mom was brought in by ambulance, couldn't stand or walk with flu. They got her vitals, put her in a straight back wheelchair and sent her to the waiting room. Two hours later (by the way she has been lying on the FLOOR for over an hour) after persistence by me and orhers and a horrible Yelp review by a good Samaritan they finally got her a bed. They will be hearing more formally from me. It's St. Agnes for my family from here on out.
Horrible experience at this hospital!! We were there for 12 hrs and the only response I got was "We only have 1 Dr. tonight" are you fucking kidding me!! And to top it all of the staff was the rudest persons I ever met! One of the RN's had the fucken nerve to go tell a Pt to be quite when we could all tell she was in really horrible pain and puking her poor brains out!! It's was completely horrible! Never again will I put a family member or even my self in that situation! At the end we ended up walking out!
Disrespectful, unprofessional, belligerent nursing staff. Horrible care provided by the nursing staff to two of my family members. This is not a patient-centered and patient family member-centered care facility.

My wife have been in the ER for almost 12 hours and they keep giving her stupid excuses why they are taking forever
Very professional and courteous. Everything about my procedure was carefully explained and I was made to feel comfortable throughout my entire visit.
Awesome service....my daughter went in for appendicitis and they took EXCELLENT care of her! We have previously had insurance which took us to St. Agnes E.R. and Adventist Health E.R. in Hanford...Clovis is by and far the best in the region! From emergency to pre-op to surgery to post-op, they were all great! a And they followed up, something most hospitals don't!
I was well received. Moved through the preop to discharge process well. The process is a well oiled machine. Thank you Dr. P Simonian and CCMC staff.
