Worst emergency room ever. I went in for stitches on a finger that got mangled in the wood shop and after 3 hours of waiting they took me back for x Rays. Then I waited another hour in the back for someone to irrigate my wound. No one did so I did it myself. No one ever came to stitch me up so I left. I've never seen so many lethargic and apathetic group of people just standing around looking at their computers. I'll never return.
This hospital has gone so down hill !They patient profile and many other things .I use to rave about them and felt safe coming here but now they treat patients like trash and have a god com plex .I will never go here again .You need to train your staff on patients rights again I think they missed that class! And for the employees writing reviews stating people with no insurance get what they deserve and are most likely just junkies screw you!! My daughter gave birth at this facility. Every staff member nurse and doctor we worked with was nothing but top notch. Thank you for making this miracle of life even better.
I never do this but I'm absolutely disgusted with your E.R. wait time. My wife is pregnant and has spent the last 2 nights there waiting to be seen. The first night she spent 13hrs waiting and the now tonight she is already at 8hrs and counting. There averaging 1 patient per every 2hrs its ridiculous.
Don't block the restroom with a gurney when there is someone in there,and be rude when asking for help out, that was my experience.
Wait time is unfortunate when in such pain, something every hospital suffers from I assume, hence only 4 starts - otherwise, the staff was 5 stars plus. Nurses Tina, Ida, Shelly, Mary, Lindy, and my first nurse I forgot the name because of the drugs and Lai, were super awesome in making me feel at easy on my first surgery ever, last minute at that. Thanks to Dr. Martin's surgery staff, as well!
Delivered both my children there they are AMAZING! the staff is great:)
Had my daughter there on Christmas day and the experience was awesome!!! Nurses and staff were all friendly, room was a good size and the food was great. I'm definitely going back on my next delivery
