just left the emergency room without receiving any care. the staff showed zero compassion for somebody crying in extreme pain while at the same time somebody walks in and says they are getting over covid and walk straight back to a room while my girlfriend can't even lay down. you people are rediculous and I will never use that hospital again. you should be ashamed

I just returned today (July 6th) from taking my mom to Community Heart Hospital for an ultrasound to check for blood clots. Normally, all of the staff at all Community locations are extremely helpful and friendly and we love knowing that we will receive excellent care. Today was a little different and disappointing. The triage lady (She had shoulder length blonde hair and glasses.) was not friendly at all and did not speak unless she was confirming information. There is a reason this hospital is to a 5. My mother was brought here due to a brain tumor. The doctor that perform her surgery was amazing!! We she went in to ICU the brain surgeon would check on her once in a while. Then you have this other doctor with his nurse practitioner who had been over seeing my mother. Well she still had not opened her eyes nor could talk they start doing therapy in her room and seems to think she is ready to be moved to Acute rehabilitation center then we were told we had two days to find a place.... read more

you have an employee by the name of Jan McClain that has posted on a site saying WHITE POWER! that is inappropriate for someone in healthcare and I wouldn't recommend and family go there, I even looked u guys up before but it wasn't convenient for my family, u guys should be ashamed
