Recommendedoutpatient surgery yesterday- everyone was super friendly, caring and helpful. I appreciated the follow up call this morning to see how I was doing.
Staff does not care about their patients when coming out of surgery. Nobody answered my call light for over 30 min. Had to crawl to the door and yell down the hall for help
My son, was admitted to the pediatric floor on December 31, 2019. The following is a detailed summary of our experience at Community North Hospital up until our transfer to an outside hospital on January 4, 2020. sent my friend home with a blood sugar level well over 400 and in DKA. he had no idea he was diabetic. thankfully we rushed him to another hospital where he has been hospitalized since. his doctors there made it very clear he couldve died where the doctors in the ER here sent him home.

I delivered both of my children here, my son recently had a brief stay following a visit to the emergency room to treat RSV and my grandmother received care here following a bout of shingles. Staff is caring, compassionate and very cautious & considerate. So much so that I could have thought we were the only patients while we were here. Hospital is clean and accessible.
the orthopedics suck the nurses are mean , and they let people barely 2 weeks post OP deal with pain because they dont do prior auth right I'm so sick of this place I have been suffering for over a year and they have caused me to emotionally break down. renita is rude I never want to deal with them again I've had 3 2 revision and 1st tkr they think everyone is a long addict welll excuse me if I have become dependent cause of the knee pain. Loved the nurses and staff,especially nurse in training Rachael. She works G-2. She was more than nice! Even the folks from Valet parking helped us when our car battery was dead.They went above and beyond the call.
