Howard Regional Hospital: Your way of treating people is absolutely atrocious people with loved ones who need emergency services in your ER deserve someone there to help them make decisions. Please correct your laboratory hours online because it says you close at six when they actually close at five! I found this out after I wasted gas and time for an hour drive along with having to do another 24 hour urine test because your hours are wrong. No worries, I put that urine to good use and watered your flowers for you. You’re welcome. Also, please let people know that you are only available by appointment only. Because I was not aware of this and when I went in to be seen, other people came in that same day wanting ... read more

Your staff needs to talk and explain to the patience family.. brought my father into the hospital on Wednesday was released Thursday morning early with only five pieces of paper stating what was wrong with him and the meds you had prescribed for him with a C2 vertebrae fracture. He has dementia and memory loss from strokes and had no idea what to tell us on how to take care of him and your staff did not tell us what to do. In cases like this you should let a family member go back with it the patient.
