I don't understand these reviews. I received very poor service. However, there are a few 1 star reviews which I wish I had seen before booking my car in for an MOT at this garage. They called me and told me my car was ready for collection. When I arrived they said it had failed the MOT! Why couldn't they tell me that over the phone, confirm what repairs were required, ask if I wanted to go ahead and give me the costings before I left to collect the car?
