My second BTL mortgage through commercial trust. Very good yet again. They will be getting my 3rd and 4th this year too. They found good rates and terms. Kept me in the loop. When solicitors were dragging their heels, these guys were nagging them to get it together. I didn't have to do the leg work myself.
