Avoid this shop at all costs! This business is a complete fraud. They deliberately misrepresent repaired and reassembled appliances as ex-display and brand new. This is blatant dishonesty. Once you leave the shop, they refuse to take any responsibility if the appliance fails. Do not trust this business. You are very likely to be sold faulty goods!

This company is dishonest and dodgy. They claim everything they sell is “brand new,” but in reality, the items are refurbished. When problems arise, they refuse to take responsibility or offer proper support. I feel completely misled. I would strongly warn others to avoid this business.

I was sold a washing machine that was advertised as brand new, but it broke in less than a year. Since then, the company has completely refused to take responsibility or fix the problem. This is extremely disappointing and feels dishonest. A new appliance should last far longer than this, and customer service should stand behind what they sell. Instead, I’ve been ignored and left with a broken machine and no support. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be very careful before buying from them.

Just had a washing machine we purchased delivered today. It's amazing and brand new the wife is happy the staff are polite and really helpful would recommend to anyone and everyone. 5 star service all the way.
