Bad customer service and sent wrong parts and not sending new parts or responding
Ordered a bed on 11th July 2025 got confirmation my bed would be delivered on 15th July it never turned up then they sent me an email on 16th July 2025 to say my item is out of stock and have processed the refund and I would get it in 5-7 working days we are now on 1st august 2025 and they have still not refunded me and they blame the range for this mistake and the range blame them stay away from this company and the range they won’t help you out they only way they will help is if you get your bank involved and the police
Only giving 1 star because I can't give none. Ordered through both Robert Dyas and the Range. Received both email and sms telling me that the items, a sofa and a chair would be delivered the following day between 8:40am and 12:40pm, arranged for somebody to be here to deal with the delivery as I am a wheelchair user, they didn't turn up. After allowing extra time, I called fedex to be lied to about what was happening and was assured that they would be with me by 6pm that day. Didn't turn up!!! This company is a joke. We've tried to return our bed, sat in all day from 8 till 6 for them to not turn up. I've been trying to contact them and I can't even get in touch, this product was sold via the RANGE website. They should be sorting it out not passing the book because they've miss sold us something. Absolute joke
I have placed an order via B&Q. The quality is very poor. There is mould on the furniture. Supposed to be collected yesterday, as I am not going to place this set in my garden even if someone will pay me for it. I have been waiting all day and nobody came to pick up the return. Now have to wait until someone response on emails. B&Q doesnt care either to help resolve the issue faster... DO NOT USE Comfy Living! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
