Shaz and the team were really helpful and provided us with an absolutely beautiful carpet for our boys' bedroom: a luxurious royal blue velvet carpet. The fitters did the job within half an hour. Really pleasant experience. The customer service in the shop with Shaz was great, there was a quick turn around from paying the deposit to installation and the carpet fitter, Farhad Amiri, was extremely efficient and friendly. 100% recommend.
