We have been using Comfort Keepers for a few years now for my elderly mother. At first, my mother resisted any kind of home care, but now she looks forward to it and has established a nurturing relationship with her caregivers. Anytime something has happened whether my mom got sick or needed extra care, Comfort Keepers were always there with extra arms and suggestions to help us out. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers, especially to those adult children who aren’t getting any younger either!
I’ve used this company since before COVID. They go out of their way to staff caregivers, matching their client’s needs and personalities. This company gives the personal touch, is great at communicating mom’s health status and needs. I live in a different state so it is important to have a company I can trust with mom (87 and just admitted to in-home hospice care). Comfort Keepers has many wonderful people. The office staff was kind, responsive, flexible, and especially accommodating after I concluded service. Thinking I would no longer need assistance, I soon realized I desperately needed more, and they quickly aided me. A lovely young lady conducted the pre-service evaluation in a professional, interactive, and caring way. She also unhesitatingly jumped into the care process when needed.
