Dad hasn’t been well the last few weeks and Astley Court have been absolutely fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. I would like to thank especially Kirsty the manager Chantelle and Leonie who have taken many calls from me the last few days. These ladies are marvellous caring and compassionate in what they do. Thank you to all the staff who are involved with dad, you will never know how much you’re all appreciated
Simply amazing!!! All staff are just amazing, caring, thoughtful & always go above and beyond their duties. Kirsty the Care manager should be super proud of her hard working team. the place is in need of some decorating but this does not get in the way of the care that the residents receive. My Dad was unfortunately diagnosed with Dementia in Dec 2022 & we was lucky enough to get him in Astley court. Me and my Sister will be forever grateful to all the staff. Thanks :-)
Amazing care team.
I have worked here for 3 years and love the place. Care staff are long standing and have excellent rapour with the people who use the service. Happy house, happy team! One giant family 😊
Fantastic place for people who need assisted living. 24hr on call care. Food brilliant, flats well thought out. Friendly too.
