Bad management company. Do not use them.
Awful managing agents. The majority of staff are completely incompetent, especially the lady dealing with service charges. They are completely rude and have absolutely no manners. Impossible to get hold of and never respond to emails an absolutely vile company. It’s shocking how a company can get away with treating people, the way they do.
Have just returned to Princess Park Manor after fire in March 2021. Yesterday I sent complaint to Comer about state of uncared for common areas and the fact the lift is not working. Having tried to sell the property, although possible buyers liked the newly refurbished flat, they were deterred by corridors/carpets and the service charge. We had no choice but to return.
Extortionate service charge fees for absolutely 0 service.
