I went to Joe as I had a recurring injury in my shoulder. Joe was great at explaining how he was going to treat the injury and what I needed to do at home to help the recovery process. After two sessions with Joe my shoulder is in full working order. I also now know how to keep it strong and supple so it reduces the risk of it happening again.
Have used Joe a few times when injured and I find him very good, polite and reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him
