Excellent service . I booked a full service and MOT and was kept informed every step of the way. The cost was fair and in line with what I was quoted. As a single woman it was so nice to not feel ripped off as you can do in so many other garages. This will be my go to place going forward. I can highly recommend.
I had a fantastic experience with Colwick Road Garage and can’t thank them enough for their honesty, clear communication, and professionalism. Dishonest MOT service – charged me £25 for wiper blade replacement that wasn’t done. My original Nissan metal wipers were swapped for broken plastic ones, and they falsely claimed mine were damaged. Avoid this garage. I took my car in for an MOT, and they called to say it had failed because the wiper blades were "damaged" and needed replacing.
