Okay I have lived here for about a year, and can't wait to get out. The guest parking is horrible. Residents take up all guest spots since they don't want to pay for another spot. The management office has extremely poor communication. They sent me an email at 4:30pm on Sunday telling me I had to come to leasing office by 5pm to pick up temporary parking pass since they would be doing work on my floor of the parking garage. They also said my car needed to be moved by 8am Monday or it would be towed from my assigned spot. I w... read more
Columbia Town Center These apartments are centrally located in downtown Columbia, MD. It's just a short walk to the Columbia Mall, Merriweather Post Pavilion, the Columbia Central Library, and the Lake Kittamaqundi area that has restaurants, a Whole Foods, and a spa. The entire complex is kept very clean and also contains a garage and large courtyard with a pool. There is also a park that is being developed over the next few years that will have a restaurant and a new stage area for entertainment.

Columbia Town Center Beautiful, updated apartments. Location in downtown Columbia is incredible. Pool and gym kept clean. Only get 1 parking spot per apartment but guest parking is readily available. Only 1 trash compactor that is not close to all units.
Excellent Location I had no problems living in the apartment. The location cannot be beat. So much to do around the area and is beautiful in the spring. The apartment conditions are overall pretty good, I had no issues but my neighbor had flooding issues 3 separate times for 3 different issues all out of their control. Center of attention I live in the center of Columbia. I can walk to the grocery store or the movie theatre. The mall is also across the street, with plenty of resturants and even catch a concert at Merriwether Post pavilion. I've got it all !
Gables The Columbia Town Center I have to be honest and after 2 years, the Columbia town center is the top of my list if I had to recommend the property, safety in mind and offers renters a gated style professional atmosphere, not to mention location walking distance to Columbia mall or whole foods, or even taking advantage of the outdoors connecting property to walking trail forba day for fresh out door activity.
