Shady Management Practices It is surprising that the reviews are so bad yet the place seemingly has an excellent overall rating. Since the new management, Greystar took over the place has gone downhill. It reeks of weed in the corridor despite being a smoke free community. The management will almost never get back to you and will keep changing rent prices. I am still waiting on my security deposit 7 weeks after I moved out. No one has gotten back to me. Verified Renter Over-all we've had a nice experience at Columbia Town Center. I like the garage set up, access to the lake, library, Symphony Woods, great restaurants. We've had good neighbors which always helps. Recommend a unit facing the lake or lagoon, which is beautiful all year. Views of the lake fall/winter & greenery spring/summer.

One of the best places to live in Howard county This community cares and so does the staff...They keep up with the grounds...Maintenance is great when needed.Its Pretty Quiet and clean here...I love it here..If u are looking for Quality ..this is the place to live..Some ppl are unreasonable,ridiculous and just hard to plz,so my suggestion is to see for yourself. Recommend not moving here! Property management by previous management company and currently, Greystar, is greatly lacking in communication and service to the residents. Lots of basic function maintenance issues. Very difficult to get Maintenance to respond and properly fix appliances and water leaks. Residents are treated like an inconveniences by management. These are not luxury apartments. Very old with worn out appliances. There are a lot of new and better apartments in Columbia!
Poor management The apartmens and ground surround the area is vert nice, it is the management that are inadequate and need lots of work for improvement. Especially when the facility have lots vacancies.
Sad to leave Contrary to the many negative reviews, I’ve throughly enjoyed my time here. I believe this apartment complex is in a perfect location in Columbia and near everything. The apartment itself was pretty modern and bedrooms spacious. I would’ve gladly resigned if it wasn’t for relocating somewhere closer to work.
