Never consider it There is a reason why they have tons of bad reviews. There is a reason why they always have so many apartments available. I was fooled by their displayed apartment in the tour -- spacious, lightful, homey, exactly the same you can see on their website. Then when I finally got a chance to see the apartment I signed up for, I saw only a shady place with one dim light in the living room, cracking flooring, completely different from the room shown to me in the tour. horrible They keep screwing up my rent price and not answering my emails.
Do not even think about it!! The staffs from the lease office who makes you believe it is calm secure no one complain etc. They don’t tell about ?? ng gas, water, sewer, etc.. just the trash. Then bills you were not aware n Ed’s to be paid! If you rent here knows the truck cannot fit in the garage. So, you have to brings everything from the trucks outside to your apartment watch the weather before moving. The elevators are always out of service!! Do Not Move Here!!! You're nothing but a tenant here and they only care about their bottom line. The customer service here is horrible with high turnover rate. My place wasn't properly cleaned out before I moved in and had to have things changed constantly---from the dryer to the multiple replacement of AC fluid and a host of other issues. The staff lack empathy and compassion. They only care about their bottom line. Do not rent I have asked to fix my dryer 4 times now. It has not been fixed. I’m fact every time the come to fix it it makes a new sound. They refuse to replace it and the have bent the outside frame of the dryer. Also, pool season has started and I recurved my pool passes but I happened to leave them in my vehicle that at the time was getting repaired. I asked management if I could have a temp pass for the day because it was Memorial Day and promised my children swimming, I was told no and that we couldn’t swim. Mind you I ... read more

Quality not worth the cost Was a good place to live when we first moved in, but quality has decreased a lot. Management has changed many times in just a couple of years. The atmosphere is very different, not as nice as it once was. High car break-in rate in parking garages-my husband's car along with several others have had their windows smashed in. Great Experience while touring We haven't applied yet for an apartment but the experience we had with our leasing agent while touring was great. Maria is amazing, and very knowledgeable. She gave us a great tour of the apartments and explained everything in detail for us. Thank you!

POOR MANAGEMENT OFFICE You are paying high rent while don’t expect to get the same level of customer service from the management office, you can read incidents from other reviews. The parking garage gate was broken during the summer busy season and instead of keeping the gate open to provide convenience for the residents, they said “there’s nothing we can do” and all the cars and backed up in lines waiting for someone to get them in.
