Verified Renter I love the area and local community. The management and service has been excellent with one exception. Exception: Greystar has subcontracted the Valet Trash Service. The subcontractor is unreliable and the management has been uninterested in fixing the problem. Greystar want each resident to resolve problems their subcontractor

Verified Renter I am very satisfied with 10X living except as it is a no smoking complex and I can quite often smell cigarette smoke in my kitchen and also smell pot which is not very pleasant.

Verified Renter The service is not good, The premises are not maintained well, hall ways are not cleaned regularly. Pet waste bin are not cleared well full, flies and stinking cannot pass by that area. The leasing staff response is not respectful

Verified Renter There is lack of communication and pricing for the unit is not fair. After I moved in, a week or so later the price dropped by $200. Additionally there is lack of communication. I requested services and maintenance left their personal trash behind from eating in my place. The apartment was infested with ants and dirty. For the price I am paying this should not be. Verified Renter Started out great when I moved here in July 2021. Management changed late in the year and it’s been downhill ever since. The only redeeming quality as far as I can see is the speedy maintenance detail when you need something fixed in your apartment.
