Verified Renter Requests and maintenance are completed in a timely manner. People at the front desk are very welcoming and polite. Parcel packaging is very beneficial when ordering packages and picking them up.

Verified Renter Great apartments, great views, great amenities. Building is clean, I see cleaners every day doing their best. Rooftop pool is awesome. Unfortunately, no parking.

Verified Renter The apartment has been excellent, the shared approach to utilities (based on per square footage not usage) unfortunately does drive up the cost per building as no resident is incentivized to reduce usage. I hope this may be rectified but nevertheless Daisha and Brett are outstanding!

Verified Renter Great staff, facilities are also good There are a few things that could need changing, like the washer dryer and the electricity billing system.

Verified Renter It was a good experience. The space was clean and comfortable, although unfurnished. However, I had concerns about the neighborhood's safety. Despite being well-lit, I still didn't feel entirely comfortable walking around alone at night. The apartment building had good safety features, such as cameras and locks on the doors. However, the rent and utilities are quite high. Overall, it's a secure building.

Verified Renter A lot of very newer style amenities, lots of storage space even in studio apartments! Only thing that’s not the best is the parking- you have to look for your own lot and it’s a little expensive but that’s living downtown for ya!

Verified Renter My experience moving in was great!! The apartment staff were very patient with me. They worked with the veterans company that assisted me with move in cost, and even let me move in on a promissory note while waiting for the check. Customer service has been amazing since the move in all the way down to the staff downstairs in the lobby. Overall great experience so far!
