The 10 is the perfect 10, and X is excellent apt homes, We are definitely right here at the center of the city of Columbia, Md. Verified Renter I have lived here for years but there are small things adding up on our rent that is NOT optional. Forced VIP trash pick up we don't need, and rumors of having reserved parking taken away and then having to pay $75 more a month in rent. I hope this can be corrected, there is no reason to be adding additional charges to an already over the top price for these old apartments. The staff is nice and the Maintenace gets the work done, overall the living has been good as of now.
