Amazingly professional. Very careful of property during installation and cleanup was excellent. I would highly recommend Columbia NW Heating & Air Conditioning and the work that Jason Taylor and others performed for us! Very, very satisfied.
Called to get our 18 year old furnace serviced. They were very prompt in coming out and decided to see about getting a new one. Salesman Dave was very knowledgeable about our options and very pleasant to work with. So we decided on a new one. Our new furnace was installed by Ivan. Ivan was very good at having everything clean when he was finished and explained all the controls and maintenance. We also got our original service fee taken off the price of the furnace. I would highly recommend Columbia NW heating.

Drew was the first to bail me out after 3 days of no hot water. He was knowledgeable to the point of going way over my head but he did all the right things to determine that my water heater was KaPoot. He understood that sponge baths and boiling water were not going to work for me forever so he got right on it and managed to arrange for a team to come out the very next day to replace my water heater. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.
Erik H is the best! Came late in the evening, spent time&energy fixing my very old heat pump that is pumping heat like crazy now on this cold, snowy morning!
