Charles, Josh and Jim installed a new gas heating system into the home I rent. The homeowner had been working with Columbia NW Heating and Air Conditioning for some time to replace the inefficient and expensive oil heater. The team was friendly and professional, keeping us informed on the process and aware of the progress over the two-day project. They went about their work and didn't bother my daughter and I in the least. Many thanks to my homeowner, of course, and to the great team at Columbia NW.
Columbia NW Heating and Air Conditioning have solved all of our HVAC needs in two houses! They are always on time, they communicate the service and the costs very well and they can accommodate difficult schedules. I would use them again anytime. Dave in Sales has helped us with many issues and Matt has done great work with service. They are clean and friendly!
Had three different companies via home warranty look at my old furnace and none attempted to resolve the issue. Decided to go with a new furnace. Columbia made it very easy. Came to the house promptly, looked at the system and wrote a quote. Picked a new system to fit our needs. They wrote up all the paperwork for the Energy Trust and promptly scheduled an install. Over priced service, over priced parts and not personable when it comes to customer service. Dont waste your money! I had another company order part needed for HALF the cost saving me $450! Gave me a discounted after hours charge (where as Columbia is $199 just to respond to after hours service). The other company gave me free troubleshooting tips and things to check, as well as follow up texts to see if there was any further needs. MUCH happier with the my choice for a second opinion!
