Friendly service. Josh and Jason had a hard project with my AC. It literally took them all day to install because of small area of work space. The y both were informative and very professional also leaving the entire work area clean. We highly recommend Columbia NW Heating and Air Conditioning. You will not go wrong and will be left totally satisfied with the work. We also want to mention Dan the consultant for his professionalism and helping us get the right unit and financing.

Install went well, when it comes to having any issues with the product Columbia NW will have you jump through the hoops of the manufacture and not help with the issues. pretty disappointing after being told how great and quiet my units should be. have techs say when they are at your house they don't know what is wrong and then have someone else call you saying it is all normal.
Jake was an extremely professional installer did a top notch job. Clean, courteous, efficient and very pleasant!
The installer was prompt and courteous.he stayed on task no matter how long it took.he Cleaned up and left the job site spotless. I would recommend him highly.
