Great costumer service!! Air conditioning is top of the line!! Service was very fast!! We had the misfortune of malfunctioning piece and the owner actually came out within two days and had it up and running again!! Working nights and sleeping when the sun doesn't, air is a MUST!!! Our heater went out last night. They got to our home about an hour after we called, diagnosed the problem, and were able to fix it on the spot -- all for a very reasonable price! We are extremely happy with the service we received today!

I have been using Columbia NW on all my jobsites for a few years now. I could not ask for a better company to do business with. I recently had them install a whole new heating system in my personal home. I was blown away by the care and craftsmanship Jake and Alex put into my home. I just wanted to leave a glowing review of the latest work done at my house. We had a full heat pump and air pusher install done by Jake and Alex and could not be happier with the work done and the efficiency that we now have in our heating and cooling system. Our AC unit kicked out the day before one of the hottest days of the year. We gave TRANE's 24-hour service number and they sent Erik from Columbia NW. Erik was prompt, polite, professional, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the worn out part, and had the unit cooling down the house (literally) within minutes of his arrival. Excellent work!
