Amazing service!!!! Great communication, got here quickly, and fixed the furnace in less than 10 minutes.

Brad came and diagnosed the problem quickly. He installed a used part until a new one could be installed after the weekend. He was personable and efficient.

After 2 years of horrible service and a botched installation. Columbia Northwest has left me a non-operational HVAC system that cost twenty six thousand dollars and refuses to do any more work on it. I strongly advise you to never ever work with this company.
