Extremely rude lady working the front desk! made an appointment at 1:30, received a text message saying to arrive 30 mins early. So I arrived at 1 per instructed. After checking in the lady said very rudely that I am extremely early and my appointment was at 2 and I would have a long wait. Told her that I was told my appointment was at 1:30 and showed her the text where I was instructed to show up early. Wouldnt be a big deal but how she acted was truly unprofessional. Feel sorry for the lady she was training!
RecommendedBeen here for 4 X-rays today was my last X-ray for my broken foot I loved it always everyone and I mean everyone so friendly and always with a big smile if I ever need anything else done it’s worth my drive from Sherman thanks for everything and there prices for no insurance were affordable too!
