They demanded my husband leave his service animal in the car even though we had spoken to them on the phone and they said it wasn't an issue, and I was available for animal handling while he was incapable. Good job obeying the law guys! https://leg.colorado.gov/…/issue_brief_-_service_animals_an…

when I first walked in the girl at the desk demanded that I put my mask up over my nose. I have heart failure and trouble breathing so putting it over my mouth is the absolute best I could or would ever do. she told me I had to wait outside. okay fine. The lady that came to get me for my MRI was very nice very helpful they did not make me wear a mask during my MRI nor did I wear when on my way out. by the way the girl at the front desk did not have her own mask on correctly she had it right under her bottom lip and right at ... read more

The staff here is beyond amazing! I have NEVER been to a medical provider that was so accommodating, polite, helpful, and nice. People being human these days is hard to find. Thank you so much. You have my business for life.

I didn't appreciate for having to fight a very young front desk girl for the right as a wife to have my husband with me in the room. No, I'm not pregnant but it doesn't mean I don't want his support with what I've been going through! I confirmed over the phone this was fine but when I arrived and I'm told he's not allowed? This is a VERY serious issue. And it's not a, "health hazard" to have your SPOUSE with you as support. It's not like I brought a girlfriend with me. This was my HUSBAND. My scheduling and in-person experience was great, but since I left my appointment I have been given different information from different, very rude staff. I was so hopeful that this process was going to be easy, but I am just left frustrated and disappointed, and STILL in pain that is unexplained because getting results is apparently going to be difficult. I wish the staff remembered that we are patients, in pain and just want answers, and if one staff member tells us one thing, don't get mad at us for believing them.

Scam I wouldn't trust them to pin the tail on a donkey. Bunch of con artists with empty words and promises. they prey on women's insecurities coolsculpting definitely a scam.

Extremely rude lady working the front desk! made an appointment at 1:30, received a text message saying to arrive 30 mins early. So I arrived at 1 per instructed. After checking in the lady said very rudely that I am extremely early and my appointment was at 2 and I would have a long wait. Told her that I was told my appointment was at 1:30 and showed her the text where I was instructed to show up early. Wouldnt be a big deal but how she acted was truly unprofessional. Feel sorry for the lady she was training!
