Wonderful experience. First visit here today for an MRI - the staff had all my information correct (which is sometimes a rarity these days!) and the tech was pleasant and brought me a warm blanket upon request. Greta coffee and cookies in the waiting room and free wifi. I'll definitely go back here if I need additional imaging!!
I've been getting MRI's since I'm 19 and this was one of the best experiences I've had. Everyone was very friendly from the first phone call. They were organized and had all the information they needed. The MRI tech checked on me constantly to make sure I was OK while testing. Great place and great people.
The staff is friendly, i would go there again best MRI experience. Would help if you had the door open for handicap people.
Had the most professional and pleasant experience at Colorado Springs Imagining last week on a scheduled CAT scan. The front office staff was great, usual forms to fill out and no sooner that i finished forms I was called immediately by Tech Bob who explained the exam process and kept me informed during the scan. Also recommended a great place to have breakfast.
