Had an appointment at Envision Imaging of Tulsa this afternoon.. apparently they called FROM A RESTRICTED number at 754 AM (on a Saturday, I might add).. they SAID they left a message, um, no bitches, you DIDNT leave a message, my voicemail is full.. so why call from restricted, why call at 754 am, and why LIE TO MY FACE when I know better.. In and out quickly. Great staff love the free coffee and pop.
The staff up front were so professional and kind. The guy that took my xrays was a total disrespectful jerk. He was rude the entire time. I’m handicap, unable to stand so I rely on a scooter. He was insistent that I had to stand. I told him I couldn’t but he wouldn’t listen. I did my best to stand as painful as it was. RecommendedIf you have to have an MRI, I highly recommend Envision Imaging (North Ft. Worth). Everyone from the receptionist who greets you to the imaging technician is very friendly and helpful!
My scheduling and in-person experience was great, but since I left my appointment I have been given different information from different, very rude staff. I was so hopeful that this process was going to be easy, but I am just left frustrated and disappointed, and STILL in pain that is unexplained because getting results is apparently going to be difficult. I wish the staff remembered that we are patients, in pain and just want answers, and if one staff member tells us one thing, don't get mad at us for believing them.

RecommendedHad a not so pleasant experience with one of the receptionist. However I will say the office handled it very well. It is obvious that they care about high levels of patient care and respect for their patients. Thank you to envision for taking care of the issue.
