Colorado Springs Imaging should conduct business like most medical providers in not charging a patient until they have first filed the claim with insurance. The Delmonico office demanded payment of $1628.40 up front before we had met our deductible, filed the claim incorrectly with our insurance, and still hasn't corrected the billing with insurance in 3.5 months even though I have called them 4 times. I went to the new Women’s Center and was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The decor was beautiful and made you feel like a special day at the spa. This is the place that I will always go to for any CT,MRI and ultrasound needs.
Amazing staff! I have never experienced customer service like this before. I went in with excruciating pain in my back, could barely walk let alone stand in cramped positions for pictures but every single staff member showed me sympathy and understanding. The first lady to help me ( I forgot her name unfortunately) actually walked with me to my car to get my order. On a day where nothing made sense, these guys restored my faith in humanity and service. I cannot express how awesome this place is, thank you so very much!
Why did you tell us on the phone that you take Bright Health insurance ("What insurance do you have?" "We have Bright Health." "Yeah, we take that!"), let us make an appointment on that basis, show up, and THEN tell us you don't take Bright Health insurance? Thanks for wasting our time on a needed medical treatment. Get your receptionists informed about the insurance you actually take.
Excellent service, friendly people, located just off the freeway in a nice facility that is easy to get in and out of quickly. Let's face it, getting imaging is never fun. But when you can do it surrounded by cookies and nice people isn't it way better?
They were very friendly and helpful. Gave me all the information I needed up front so I knew exactly what to expect.
I was told to arrive at 10:15. What they didn't tell me is the appointment wasn't until 10:45. Why have I been sitting here doing nothing for a half hour. If they tell you a time frame, don't show up for about 20 mins after they tell you. I am so tired of being forced to wait hours, but if I'm a minute late, they'll cancel your a##.
