I am very new in town and I love my new Fusion and I insist on staying with Ford dealerships for buying and servicing my car. I called for an oil change and they got me in that same day, the cost was very very affordable and the wait was very short...45 min. Usually buying a car can be a nightmare, not here! Brittany my salesman did a fantastic job helping select the perfect car for my family and my budget, the deal was finalized on Brittany’s day off but not to worry Adam was right there willing to jump in and help do paperwork. Everyone was great and made the getting a truck as a first time buyer the best experience I have ever had in my life , all the sales people and just plain every one was AWESOME if you need a new or used car I highly recommend to go to ANDERSON first , you will leave very happy ,o and see Britney ... and the sales manager are the best they help me get what I wanted .. I was very disappointed will the finance person who was very loud in stating she had two others ahead of us. We were there for almost 2 hours and she was very rude to the sales person. She was not very customer focused. This occurred around 5:30 and there were only two customers in the showroom.
