I had my Ford Edge in for repairs. While everyone at the dealer was very nice, there was a lack of communication between my service advisor and myself. I did not get updates as to the status of my vehicle. I left him texts and voicemails, and replies were slow or non existent. I cut short a vacation to come back to pick my vehicle expecting it to be done, and it wasn’t. Had to keep a Rental car two extra days. We recently bought a car from this dealership. We had a couple of minor problems which were fixed to our satisfaction immediately. The sales manager, Philip Gonyea, and the general manager, John Garces listened to us and took the time to resolve the issues fairly and quickly.
