We've had our new Lincoln a year now. Absolutely love the Lincoln line! This is the third Lincoln for me. Anderson Ford/Lincoln of Kingman is the best whether it be sales or service. Keep doing a great job guys/gals!
Ford roadside assistance towed us here with a flat tire because we didn’t have the key for the wheel lock. We asked them to give us a quote before repairing, and when we heard back from them they had proceeded to take an air hammer, chisel and drill to the wheel, breaking off the lock, the stud underneath and also damaging the rim. Then they wanted over $200 to fix the damage they caused. Don’t take your car here! They will break it if you simply ask for a quote!
Brittany is great, gave me a great deal with a great rate in September. I bought a used Chevy. Everytime I bring the car for any service they wash it. This includes on the free oil changes I got (3 within a year!). When I had a warranty issue James went out of his way to see why the Chevy dealer couldn't pin down my sensor issue, tracked down my warranty info, and sent it over to Chevy all to make sure I was still happy 6 months later. Needless to say I am very pleased with our local Ford dealer. Would highly recommend.
they're always the best. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they still did my oil change in less than two hours. Part of their program so this one was free! Love the coffee and donuts while I wait!
