I had a very frustrating experience with Anderson Ford. It seems the communication is very poor and the beautiful Escape was taken back along with my trade in, there is nothing they could have done to help they say and every story is different when you talk with the people who work there, I was originally very pleased but several mishaps and miscommunication, cost me both my new car and my trade in, not happy, obviously, buyer beware!

For my service...forgot to check fluids in trans and battery, all tires 10 lbs low and the worse was after getting on the 40 all that was holding my hood down was the secondary latch, had to pull over and close my hood . Very very unhappy with my visit
