More of a Ford Company issue. Factory sent me a letter they had extended my warranty on my transmission to 100,000 miles. I took it in because the clutch had locked in the engaged position. The transmission I am told (as I had already figured out) is actually a manual transmission posing as an automatic. Anyway warranty was denied. Last Ford I will ever own. Any car that doesn’t last 100,000 more if wasn’t a rental vehicle means I’ve been took. Globally sourced parts ( in this case China prone to failure.
They have been good to get me in soon and get the job done.
