They call when they fin problems you need to address. The Service rep's make sure you are satisfied before they release the car. I am very satisfied with my experience.
I meant to write this sooner but with all the craziness in this world lately and working in healthcare, along with my personal struggles etc- here it is: I broke my left ankle January which required surgery beginning of February and me not being able to bear weight on it for 6 weeks. During my recovery, I was driving down the highway and unavoidably hit something on the road that bent my wheel (rim) making my car not drive-able.
