So I recently bought a brand new 2020 ecosport from here and all was well unit about 400miles in and the check engine light came on. That was 3 months ago and now almost like clock work that check engine pops on about once a week. Now I dropped the car off yesterday at 8am. I had to call the service department before the end of the day because they never updated me on what was going on. You could make an appointment for Tuesday morning. They don’t look at your truck on Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday. Y not make the appointment for a day that you can look at it . The service department is very slow to get back to us . It’s now Friday and have not heard back . We are not even waiting for parts ! We’re waiting on a diagnosis on the truck . Darlene Wood

Needed a new key and waited an hour and 40 minutes for something they told me it would take just a few minutes and after all that time it still wasn't done and my car was the only one there when I pulled up.
